    I could deal with the dog-slow wifi, and the climate control that turns off every few hours. But what I cannot deal with is that when I asked for an extra bath towel, the agent at the desk asked my room number, and said since I was 1 person, staying for 1 night, I get only 1 bath towel. What? That level of extreme penny pinching is where I absolutely draw the line. Over $200 spent for a one night stay, and I was unable to get another bath towel. Spend the extra $20 and stay somewhere else.

    Un hôtel très bien situé à proximité de tout. J’ai passé un très bon séjour avec ma famille, l’accueil était très agréable. Le personnel est souriant et toujours serviable. Les chambres est très propre rapide et petit déjeuner également. Je recommande. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi, il y a des avis négatifs.

    May 8-12 2026 My sister in law Lynda & myself Christina have stayed in this Premier in for the last 3 years as we visit London once a year together & can only say we find it home from home. We are greeted warmly & the staff even remembered us. We always book the meal deal & have loved the food & drinks. The staff - SHAMIN - CLAUDIA - KESIM are wonderful. We had a towel missing & it was soon replaced. The beds are very comfy & clean & we slept well. Big thank you to all the staff including Mr Chef who came in early to make our dinner as we were going to see Oliver & had to be out early. They all work incredibly hard & we can't wait to return. Big thank you to everyone working at this Premier Inn ⭐️

    Tuve una estadía excelente en Premier Inn London Bank (Tower) hotel y sin dudas merece una reseña de 5 estrellas. La habitación era amplia, muy limpia y con una decoración y amoblamiento de excelente calidad, creando un ambiente cómodo y agradable en todo momento. La limpieza fue impecable durante toda la estadía. Quiero destacar también la atención del personal, siempre amable, predispuesto y atento a cada necesidad. El servicio de comida y desayuno resultó muy conveniente, con opciones variadas y de muy buena calidad. Mención especial para Shamin, quien gracias a su excelente manejo del idioma español nos facilitó enormemente la comunicación desde el primer momento. Siempre estuvo muy atento y dispuesto a ayudarnos con una actitud profesional y cálida. Espero sinceramente que la dirección de Premier Inn reconozca su gran trabajo y le brinde el merecido crecimiento y posicionamiento dentro de la estructura de la empresa. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí y lo recomendamos totalmente.

    I had a very bad experience at this hostel and would not recommend it. I stayed from April 24th to April 26th with a confirmed booking for two people. My friend and I checked in in person on the 24th, showed our documents, and were given access to our room. Everything was normal, and the booking was active in the app. On April 25th, I went out to explore the city. When I came back around midnight, I was told that I didn’t have a room and that I had never checked in — which is simply not true. I had already checked in properly the day before. The staff member on duty refused to give her name and kept insisting that the problem was my fault because I didn’t check an email during the day saying I hadn’t checked in. This makes no sense, since I had already done the check-in in person. After a long and stressful discussion, they only gave me another bed at around 4:00 AM — and only because another guest arrived to claim the bed I had already been using. To make things worse, I had paid for a 6-person room but was placed in a much larger dorm (around 12 people). I also had a flight at 6:00 AM, so I didn’t sleep at all. This was clearly a failure of the hostel’s internal system and staff, and it resulted in me not receiving the service I paid for. The situation was poorly handled, stressful, and completely unacceptable. Be very careful when staying here — even if you check in, it seems they can still lose your reservation and leave you without a room.
